As Managing Partner and co-Founder, Marius is the driving force behind CA’s vision to help businesses build solid and profitable Partnerships in their Indirect Channels sales.
Marius has over 30 years of experience in multinational corporations or local businesses, in high tech industries, and has directly led organizations in quite few countries in Eastern Europe.
He has an extensive experience in implementing Indirect Channels strategies and programs in other international markets including Latin Americas, India, Russia, Middle East.
His career has focused also on other practical directions, such as: Partner and Customer Experience programs, Organizational change, Strategy design and implementation, Business recovery.
He has served and continues to serve on public and private companies as well as
professional organizations boards of directors.
Marius believes that business can grow in a sustainable manner for the entire business ecosystem.

Cosmin believes that each partnership relies both on the value the partners are bringing and the energy and engagement of the people involved. Both mathematics and chemistry are required for partnership to go stellar.

Bringing an extensive experience in channel design and sales, channel program management and channel tactics working for a variety of vendors and technology companies such as Hitachi, Klocker Moeller, Eaton, Honeywell and Schneider Electric where he held business development and channel management roles, Cosmin also drives high engagement, performance and development in the sales teams he lead.

He has been instrumental in driving the various channel programs in EMEA, ensure adoption of the sales process and meeting sustainable growth goals, identifying the next class of breakthrough Initiatives and programs as well as building from scratch and maintaining channel ecosystems.

He loves spending time into the wilderness, riding adventure motorbikes and listening to people stories as he charges up with energy interacting with people. If it weren’t for leading channel businesses, for sure he would’ve been part of a social positive impact entrepreneurship or NGO supporting people and help create a thriving community through education and environmental awareness.
